I'm not sure what all movement you do. But I do a cardio kickboxing class. The nurse said to avoid the jumps and anything that is really strong impact to the ground and to just listen to my body. I just did my first class yesterday since I found out and was amazed at how hard I was still able to push.
Haha, sorry. I couldn't resist. I lift weights, but crossfit is quite different than what I do, so I can't really say. My last pregnancy, I avoided getting my heart rate too high (I tried to stay under 150), didn't do sit ups/crunches, and didn't lift weights while laying on my back after the first tri. I didn't increase any weights, just maintained and listened to my body. As always, ask your doctor for his/her opinion.

I would say anything in which you could fall (burpees, box jumps) or compromises stability, but it also matters what you've been doing - so your fitness level plays a part to a certain degree.
In addition to discussing your typical workout with your doctor (I know that changes regularly with crossfit, but a rough sample), I would suggest finding out if anyone you know is certified for pre/post natal training. I've found that discussing weight limits and movements eases my mind when lifting because I don't want to stop, just modify when necessary.
Just as an FYI there have been several threads Bon crossfit, HIIT and other forms of exercise that you may want to look through for answers, including another crossfit thread that is currently near the top of the front page.

As I've mentioned in several of these threads now, I lift heavy weights and do a pretty intense spin class once a week. I have no reason to think anything I do is unsafe.
