Is anyone having or have had lower back pain on the right side? I'm told it's from baby pushing against my kidneys. Is there anything I can do that would help with the pain
I was having a lot of pain towards the bottom right about a week ago (more like the back of my lower ribcage). I just used a heating pad, took tylenol twice when I was out of town and walking a lot, and slept with a pillow between my legs. Unfortunately, it was just something I had to deal with. It went away eventually.
I had very bad mid to lower back pain on both sides last night I was in tears. I ended up taking a warm bath with Epsom salt in it which I rarely do. It helped with some of the pain but not all.
I also have the same pain. Doctor told me it was from being on my feet at work and to take 4 hours daily and lay on my left side with a heating pad, I did that yesterday and it helped slightly. Hoping it goes away it's making me crazy cause sometimes it is pretty bad. Hope you find some relief also!
Same issue here too! Found out I did the same thing to my momma. Baby is laying on my sciatic nerve. Working on my feet makes it really hard and painful too. Dr said Tylenol and laying on my opposite side with a heating pad to help relieve the pain. Also baths! Baths are the best time and help the most for me. Just not too hot! Don't over heat yourself, get some good salts in there and try and relax with a book or Netflix and a nice cool glass of water. Feel your pain literally and emotionally!
