Anyone else getting sick of...

in September 2015 Moms
...this contractions but no baby nonsense.  Contractions since Saturday.  Constant except for a break for overnight.  Sometimes painful, sometimes not.  Trying to go about my normal days so I don't lose my mind, but it's getting harder and harder....

    I had contractions ALL DAY yesterday from about 8 am. They were probably 10 minutes apart and my lower back was so achy and I was a little crampy. I've had similar days but yesterday was different with all the back pain, cramps, and consistency of contractions. And how they did not let up at all while I was sitting or laying down. I was SURE I'd be waking up in the middle of the night ready to go. But of course here I am. 7 am with no baby at 40 weeks and 3 days. Grrrrr.

    Today they are 6 minutes exactly, but not painful.  Yesterday they were painful but anywhere from 15-30 mins apart.  All day.

    I've been 6-8 min apart for two weeks I'm over it. Thought for sure yesterday would be the day

    Sounds exactly like what's been happening to me, and starting around the same time lol. Just try to keep patient. I'm horrible at patience and losing my mind. It's so frustrating when you think something is finally happening and nothing comes out of it. I really hope you don't go past your due date, the day I hit mine was the day every "labor symptom" turned from exciting to discouraging :(

    hang in there, those contractions are preparing your body. I had them for weeks beforehand and then had a really short labor. good luck mama!

    I'm with you!! After having non-stop BH throughout July and August only to be told I needed to stop working because they were afraid LO would come early, here I am and labor has not kicked in. I'm a STM so was hoping for earlier but now resigned to the fact that despite the multiple cramps and contractions I have every evening (for me they start in the evening and subside in the night) I will go past both my EDDs - Sept 24th and Sept 30th. Sigh.

    I'm so frustrated with them! Haven't changed from 4cm in 2 weeks.... I'm a STM and had the first at 38.5 weeks. This time I'm sitting here on my due date with no baby and my Dr asking me why I'm still pregnant.... I about broke down on her.

    I was induced with my 1st at 39 weeks and never had so much as a braxton hicks with her so this is different...

    Ugh me too! All day yesterday I was hoping I'd wake up in the middle of the night and be ready to go because I was having them every 10 min with all kinds of cramping and back pain in between. Of course, today I'm still pregnant! I just went for my second round of acupuncture and now I'm going to get a sweep because I'm past 40 weeks and I think maybe the baby just needs a nudge lol

    Been having these too!

    Have had 4(!!) sweeps in the last 2.5 weeks.... At 40w 2d but borderline BP issues, GD & attempting VBAC.... Still waiting to get called in for catheter induction - was hoping to go into labour on my own.... Cmon baby..
