Mini brag on how awesome my mom is.

My mom is the best. She has done so much for me/us all through this pregnancy. She has also spent the past few months redoing the bassinet that we have all been in (her, my aunt, their cousins & all their kids and kids' kids) the last person in it was my nephew who is 11 and my nana had redone it for him. So it was all done up in blue for a boy and she totally rocked it in pink :)

    I love it! And I love that you took the time to give a shoutout to your mom. I think sometimes we forget how important that is. My mom has been incredible throughout this whole thing as well. She and my dad bought us a crib/changer combo for the nursery along with COUNTLESS smaller gifts. So thankful for them. She is also going to keep our baby boy every day when I go back to work, so she definitely deserves a shoutout as well! Yay for awesome moms who will probably be even better grandmas!

    Thank you! Yes! Supportive moms are the best. My husband is wonderful but I would've gone crazy this pregnancy without my mom. My parents sound a lot like yours.. My dad told me they have to stay out of the stores because they have to get something every time they go hahah :) I/we are so lucky to have such a great role models!

    My mom and dad are the best! I have yet to buy any clothes for ds1 and he is 15months. They live out of state and send care packages to us every month. My mom is flying in 2 weeks before d-day to spend one on one with DS1 and she will stay 2 weeks after to help out. My dad is flying in on d-day because he loves to snuggle newborns. And can't take a lot of time off of work. They cook and clean and grocery shop while they visit. I love feeling so cared for especially after just having a baby. Super supportive. Couldn't have asked for a better duo.

    Maybe it's because I'm a little emotional today, but I love reading a positive thread and hearing about others' parents. We are truly so blessed to have parents who care for us and our little ones so much. My parents are local, and I am so thankful for all that they have done and will do for us. My husband has been amazing as well, but I think we both would feel a little unsettled without their support. My in-laws live out of state, so we are extremely thankful to have my parents here. They have been so supportive and have totally spoiled baby boy already. He is going to be so loved by them!
