Nap time

I saw a picture today on a website that said my Lo should be taking 3-4 naps a day lasting 1.5-2.5 hours each. She only takes 2-3 and they only last 15-30 minutes each. How long does everybody's Lo take a nap and how many a day?

3-4 naps a day of 30-40 mins if we are lucky!

Varies, but usually 2-3, each about 45-90 minutes. Sometimes more naps but less time.

Mine isn't a great napper. He takes 4 or 5 half hour naps during the day. Sometimes they'll get close to an hour. He's in bed for the night usually around 10 and up around 9ish. He still wakes up a few times in the night/morning.

During the week at daycare she's a great napper, usually taking 3 naps minimum of 30-45 min each to 1-2 hours. At home, when we're always on the go, she really only gets one good nap, when big brother naps from 12-2/3. She'll doze in the car or while we're playing, but there's so much going on that she either doesn't want to miss it or she gets woken up. She sleeps all night though, from 8:30/9 until 6 in the morning.

My LO had been taking cat naps since 1 month old - only 15-20 minutes & she woke up several times at night. I finally thought she was old enough to sleep train. Her nap schedule now looks like this. It has saved my sanity!

9-9:30 wake up

11-12:30 nap

4-6 nap

10p-9am sleep

Mine wakes up at 7... Naps 9-11.. Then sometimes one more nap around 2 or 3 then bed by 8.

The bed time/wake time is the same for us... What method did u guys use to sleep train? Those nap times would work perfect for us and our work schedules. Currently my son doesn't take. Regular naps and they also aren't long

My LO has become a better napper. He usually has 3 and the first two are about 2 hours (up from only 30mins!) and the last day time nap is about an hour. Night is horrible tho and he's up from 5:30-7:30. I'd looooove an 8am wake up.... Ugh sleep. I miss sleep. She was my best friend.... Hopefully we meet again.
