This weeks goal is 2lb lose and Jillian michaels 30 day shred 7 days straight. I did level 1yesterday to start and really feeling it this morning but I love it. Eating will be the same clean eating (no donuts!

I'm still not clear to work out but I did try some crunches. I only did them 2 days last week. I'm going to push for doing them every day this week. Also I'm planning to go walking on Saturday since it will be cool enough to go out.
Which actually went amazing. I wasn't able to walk as much but I did lift weights every other day. I'm so happy to brag that I made some drastic changes in my eating & dropped 6lbs!! I couldn't believe it. It also made me realize how much unhealthy crap I was putting in my body.
My goal this week is to continue to not drink soda, to lift my weights every other day, continue my eating changes & to lose 2- 3lbs.
I'm still looking for some healthier snack options that are low on calories, sodium & carbs if anyone has some that would be great!
Attached is a picture of what I basically eat every night for dinner. I found a way for me to eat enough & still keep it on the healthier side. I also stared using a yogurt dressing for my salads which was actually pretty tasty. Overall I'm happy about this past week & feel like knowing I had to check in with you ladies gave me an extra boost of motivation!
It rained all week, so I didn't get much walking in, but I do comfortably fit in a bigger pair of my pre-pregnancy jeans now, so that's good. Still looking to at least get back to a size 6
Goals: I'm going to continue to focus on cleaning up my diet, and if it'll ever stop raining I'll get this little one out for a walk. Maybe we'll have to go to the mall this week and walk around. I feel more comfortable taking LO in public now that I've got my Moby wrap figured out.
This week I'm going to keep up with my walks and planks and add in mile runs schedule permitting. I also plan to find a turkey trot to sign up for so I have a goal to be 5k ready by Thanksgiving. And I signed up for a half marathon in April so that I have a long term goal as well.
Mentally, though, I want to cut out the excuses I make that keep me on the couch when I could be up and moving. Time to get motivated!

I don't know how you girls do these intense exercise sessions with LO/s to care for. I'm so tired just keeping everyone alive I don't have much energy left over for anything else. Well done to PPs for your efforts and achievements though!
So I did my diastasis recti workouts last week and am happy to say that the gap in my abs is now completely healed. I went for no walks last week like I wanted though, but wasnt concerned since we were eating well and I did do 5 workouts to heal these pesky abs.
Anyways, we didnt meal prep for the week like we normally do which means I ate decent but not strict and extremely clean. Goal this week, meal prep and start couch to 5k to just start my cardio. Going to do some light bootcamp style workouts, but im cleared to work so next week will start Jamie Easons PP 12 week program.
I have been cleared to work out so I will be starting Insanity today, wish me luck! I still plan to walk at least 5 times a week and eat healthy.
I hope to lose two pounds this week!
Oh and I tried on one pair of my pre pregnancy jeans and they fit, they just didn't button!
We only ate take out one night, I've cooked the rest of the nights which has been good. Went food shopping yesterday and have a basic meal plan for this week. I really want to focus on portion control this week!
And I started at my new gym that I love! Seriously guys, if you have an Orange Theory Fitness near you, go! It's a little on the expensive side, but so worth it. Most locations offer a free trial class. They have power, strength, and endurance workouts. I went twice this week and burned over 700 calories each workout! I'm going at least twice this week
Goal - lose another 2lb.
My goals for this week are to work harder on cutting back on the Starbucks and sweets and to workout 5x a week. I hope to lose 2lbs.
How: Still haven't changed much except diet. I'm getting better though. Drinking daily greens drinks, nuts, oats n honey and then when H gets home eating a real meal.
GOALS: -2 more lbs, continue eating better for DDs sake, walk daily. 10,000 steps
My goal was 3 good workouts. I got 3 walks in but I'd only count 1 as a real workout. Also got cleared yesterday (I actually forgot to ask and she just said I looked great - so I'm counting that as cleared) to resume exercise so plan to step it up.
Goal - to allow myself to feel full while making healthy choices. I end up hungry a lot because I don't put the time into seeking out good choices. Counterproductive. Get in 3 good walks and two workout videos.
*Does anyone have walking shoes that they love? I could use a new pair. Also, I don't run - asthma has made my lungs garbage.
Goals are the same for this week. 5 day workouts and no cheat meals. I have a goal to hit by 10/2.

My goal for this next week is to walk an hour each day. I started that yesterday and it has been great to get out of the house and get moving!
Thinking about recipes is a bit overwhelming. I am not making dinner or thinking about cooking yet. LO keeps me busy all day long.. I am seriously impressed with all of you who have your lives pulled together enough to plan meals!
