I'm 28 weeks my first pergnacy and I'm just wondering is this feeling tired all the time normal ? I'm not a nappy person but I'm finding myself taking naps and not having the engry I usually have.

Are you kidding?! Heck yes it's normal. It would be weird if you WEREN'T tired. It's one of the tough parts about pregnancy. Rest as often as you can.

Yes! I never took naps in my life and now I nap as much as I can! I love naps!

Yes, you are growing a human being inside of you. Obviously this process is using tons of energy and will make you tired.

Tiredness is often one of the first symptoms experienced in pregnancy and often one of the most long-lasting. How do you not know this?
