odd question, but my bones hurt?

My hip, butt, and upper thy bones hurt. I'm a SAHM but yesterday I helped my mom in law clean a farm house she is moving to. Ok it was more of just sweep n mop n stand strait for 3 hours because this house is a borders paradise n has sat not being lived in for 20+ years! (No electric) well the rest of the day I hurt but it was more standing than normal, and it didn't feel so much like my straight up bones. But now nothing is comfortable. Pain meds forget it! Has any one felt like this??

I have this too and was in so much pain I couldn't sit and the pain will still wake me at night. Went to the chiropractor and he said it is actually the tendons and ligaments. He gave me a variety of stretches to do, they help a lot. Get on all fours, arch your back and then slowly let the middle of your back fall as far as you can. On all fours lift one arm straight out and the opposite leg straight out and hold for 30 seconds, then switch. While on all fours, move your hands so they are more in front of you on the floor, then slowly let your hips down to the floor, hold. Then spread your knees apart and sit back on your bent knees. Sit on a chair, cross one ankle over the opposite knee, hold for 30 seconds, switch. There are more, but these help the most. If you are familiar with Pilates or yoga, these may be familiar to you. Sorry I don't know their exact names.

Those same bones hurt all day every day for me. I think it may just be that they are relaxing getting ready for birth (poor bones don't understand that I'm having a csection). It is amplified on days that I do heavier cleaning. Doing stretches help some. Hope you get relief soon!!
