Shower thank you gift ideas

my sister-in-law is throwing my baby shower and I know it'll be amazing - she's crafty and knows us well. I want to get her a nice thank you gift. Any ideas? I'm trying to avoid a bottle of wine or flowers, something more unique.

    What does she like? Maybe a gift certificate for a Mani/pedi? Showers are a lot of work to put together, she might enjoy that. :)

    What about a basket filled with yummy smelling lotions and soaps and bath stuff? It could say something like "thank you for all the help with my shower, hope this helps make your's just as enjoyable" or something like that....

    I was considering a cute wallet, cross body, or clutch from Kate Spade or other similar designers for a reasonable price at the outlet malls around me. I know my best friends taste and she went all out for my bridal shower so I want to reflect a gift she would get the most use and joy out of. I also considered taking her to get a pedicure beforehand as another relaxing thank you and I could join too to feel pampered and not worry about painting my own toes.
