Threatened miscarriage

Hi, I'm 35 almost 36 and have two healthy children. I am almost 7 weeks pregnant. I started bleeding and clotting pretty heavy last night and went to the er. US showed baby still alive and heart looked strong. Blood work showed hormone levels still high and blood count was good. Er doc was nice but basically said most of these situations end in complete miscarriage. I'm still bleeding and went to my obgyn this morning. US again showed baby still seems fine. They could see blot clots in my uterus and said it looked like a tear. Doc said it could heal and everything be OK or not. I guess I'm wanting to know if anyone else has had this and if so how it turned out. Thanks

    Is it a subchorionic hemorrhage or something else?

    No advice here, just wanted to send hugs. So sorry and sending positive vibes that baby stays strong and healthy!

    An ER dr told my friend the same thing... that there was no chance and she would absolutely miscarry. She is now 35 weeks along. I know it's hard but try to relax, stress will only make things worse. T&P headed your way.

    I'm going through exact situation right now. Went to ER cause of heavy bleeding, US came out good but ER doctor came in with concern look on his face and say the baby is close to my cervix and there is a big chance I will miscarriage. Went to see my doctor 2 days later and did another US and says the baby looking good and was not close to my cervix as the ER doctor has stated but could be just blood clots. He say I'm not out the woodwork yet but everything still looking good and will see me in another week. My ob gyn really put my mind to ease but I'm still worried.

    They called my DD that. Try to focus on the fact that everything currently looks awesome. I'm not exactly sure what a tear means, but if the OB said there's hope I would focus on that.
