period like cramps

in 3rd Trimester
I'm 33 weeks today and I've been having cramps but the past couple days they have gotten alot worse. I was up half the night hurting and still hurting this morning...m drinking plenty of water in having Braxton Hicks to. Starts in my back and comes around to my stomach...should I call the doctor oh just take it easy?

    I'd definitely call.

    Have you pooped lately? Your digestive tract is in a different location than normal, so constipation may feel like period cramps.
