I'm 7wks along and have knee pain and they feel wobbly after exercise, but also have a history of knee issues. Just wondering because I read that joints would become more flexible...?
I also have preexisting knee problems. My OB told me to stop any high impact exercise at my initial appointment due to that. However, all you can do is speak to your OB/midwife at your next appointment about your pain and see what they say. Until then, avoid any exercise that you know is going to cause pain. Example: Change your cardio from running outdoors/on a treadmill to the elliptical, lower your weight on squats and be very careful of your form, no more burpees, ect.
