12.5 weeks pregnant with tingling sensations

my fingers and hands have suddenly begun tingling and it's been ongoing for a few hours now. I of course googled it and said it is a common pregnancy symptom due to swelling and pressure on the wrists, however, I'm not swelling anywhere. Anyone else experiencing this so early? I don't remember having this my last pregnancy. This second pregnancy has really been a toll on me in comparison.

    I'd probably bring this up with your doctor...and I don't have any experience with hand/finger tingling.

    I do however, have experience with my lips tingling on one side (been going on for weeks). I asked my OB about it when it first started and she told me that our hormones can interact pretty strangely with our nerves during pregnancy. In my case, she told me not to worry, but definitely ask your doctor about it to be safe.

    Arms, legs and most annoyingly my hips when trying to lay down.... It just randomly goes numb like pins and needles

    Happens to me all the time. It doesn't help that my face and hands going numb/tingling is my first sign of a migraine and trying to figure out what is going on is just another lovely pregnancy experience.
