Bad gastro, cramps, wind and nausea

I am almost 16 weeks and I am experiencing bad Gastro. Painful cramps just below my rib cage (where I assume stomach is) and also cramps across tummy area and lower. Constant need to relieve the gas via both ends. I also feel a little nausea and not well enough to go to work. Anyone experienced this? Thanks!

    Nothing that would keep me from working, but yes to all your symptoms. I think gas is especially common throughout pregnancy.

    Yep! I find taking my fiber supplement lowers this for me. I would also check with your doc and see what kind of gas relief you can take (gas-X etc)
