hello ladies!!!

Got that BFP this morning and am here to introduce myself

I'm a 28yo pediatric nurse expecting my first baby! Although I already have 2 fur babies and my stepson just turned 9 earlier this month. DH and I just celebrated our second anniversary last week with a trip to Vegas. The timing could NOT be more perfect for us!

Have scheduled blood work at my primary MD tomorrow so for sure we are adding an hcg to that list as well. After that, I'll call my OB. My estimated date from my last period is may 28th but unfortunately working night shift I wasn't able to temp accurately. So I'm sure my date will change by a few days.

Still really soaking this all in. We definitely did not think it would happen the first month. Talking about how/when to tell our families. Stepson will be over the moon when he finds out. He's asked Santa for a baby since he was 4. Well guess what...Santa just may deliver this year!!
