Facebook Group for May 22-28?

Hey ladies,

Would those ladies who are due between May 22-28 want to join a secret FB group? I had it last time I was pregnant and although it ended in a MC I found it to be really supportive. Also since we are all due the same week, we are (for the most part) going through the same changes at the same time.

Anyway lemme know and I will get it together!

Yeah- I'd be interested in this! I haven't had a dr appointment yet, but based on ovulation my edd is May 24.

Don't know if you've noticed but Baggins118 has only posted 1 discussion in this group and that was to ask you to join a FB page and send your email address.

Also, has only posted 29 times since 2011.

Internet safety says, maybe hold back sending your FB page and personal info to a stranger.

I appreciate your concern but I had two miscarriages this year so my posting is down a bit. Plus I try to stay out of discussions I have no business in especially considering how rude people can be on this forum.

I started the group and sent the invites. I understand being hesitant of course but I promise I'm just a newly pregnant woman looking for a comminity who understands what I'm going through.

I'm getting a little tired of the blatant recruiting for FB pages! There are several groups already, and now we're building sub-groups? What's next, groups for a specific due date? I log onto the bump for building community, and I have to see folks actively trying to build community elsewhere. It's frustrating. From a business POV, I can't figure out why @bumpadmin doesn't regulate this better. How can it serve TB's interest for people to come here and gather others for the sole purpose of doing what one can do on the Bump, only through a different site?

It doesn't matter anyway, I have a Facebook page, but it's only for people who have birthdays between August 1st and August 3rd and whose husband's names are Brian and who started their last period in the afternoon of July 31st. E-mail me your SSN and home address if you want to join! I promise I'm not a nut.

No one proved your point. Any of the women who PM'd you to join this group could be rude, or condescending, or catfishing. And now they have access to your personal information. How does due date filter that out?

Furthermore, the OP of this thread is rather new, too. Only a handful of replies. It's not like the OP is a "known quantity" on TB. I truly do not understand why someone would join a FB group where the sharing of intimate details is inevitable. Especially this early. Maybe it's a generational thing. I am old and remember life before FB.
