Feeding amount

Crazy question. We give our son 5-6 4oz breastmilk bottles a day and a couple of formula bottles (also 4 oz) for MOTN feedings. My question is: as baby grows you increase the amount of formula per feeding. Do you go by the same amount for expressed breastmilk if serving in a bottle? I wasn't sure if it was the same ratio.

    From what I understand, babies drink the same amount of breast milk from one month to six months. My little one has been drinking 5 ounces of breast milk per bottle since she was about four weeks old, and she just made 10 weeks today.
