I can't relate to this, but from what I know as long as doc stays on top of everything, things should go well. It's good doc found it b4 delivery. Might b a cs in ur future. I wish u and lo well.
I don't have Vasa Previa, but I do have Velamentous Cord Insertion, which is similar because the vessels are not contained in the Wharton's jelly, but they are attached to the sack at the top of my uterus. You will probably not be allowed to go past a certain time, and will be under a lot of monitoring to make sure that baby doesn't cut off blood flow. In my case, I will have at least 2 growth scans starting at 28 weeks, and then weekly non-stress tests starting at 36 weeks. And if baby and I make it through all of that without any issues, I will be induced at 40 weeks. Praying for you!!!
