Hip Flexor Discomfort

Hello Ladies! I have this kind of dull ache in my hip flexor area. It could be round ligament pain given location, but I'm 3w6d and thought it would be too early for that?  Is anyone else experiencing this? It's like I worked out really hard and didn't stretch, but I haven't worked out in two days so I really don't think it's that.

Does round ligament pain feel similar to hip flexors being tight?

    I have no idea but my hip flexors are super uncomfortable too... especially at night.

    @jenbkc - same here! from what I've seen it prob could just be round ligament pain which is our ligaments stretching to make room for our babies! It sure is uncomfortable! :-/
