I think you should sit your brother and SIL down and tell them the situation. If I was in their position, I'd want to know because a) I'd be so happy for you and b) it would definitely factor into my planning. I think it's better to tell them now just in case it is the kind of information that would influence their preparations. Obviously it's up to you in the end, but that's what I'd do and what I'd want my sisters to do.
@fletch8484 really, why the delete?! Don't know what the question was but it looked like @ecwk gave some good advice and it wasn't rude by any means. Usually I only see deletes when the rude responses come in. That or responses you don't want to hear.

I hope everything works out for op but now I am really confused because she commented on another thread about having a positive urine test but still has to go back in a week to rule out ectopic. Like I said though, I do hope everything works out.

I don't see how they would unless she explicitly told them she was posting here which would seem unlikely given that she's keeping her pregnancy secret right now.
