How do you know ?

Hey mommas , I'm not on here too often so forgive me if there has been a discussion on this . I've searched but didn't find anything specific on what I wanted to know .

But back to my question... How did you ladies know your period was coming ? (If you even noticed at all)

I will be 7weeks PP on Tuesday with no *obvious* signs of my period . Also formula feeding my LO so I know I'm bound to get my period soon unlike BF mommas .

The past couple days , a few times a day I get like a weird feeling in like my "ovaries" it feels and I don't know how to explain it .
Unlike before baby I knew around what day I would get it and also my own indicators.
But now with my body being off I have no idea!
Anyone have some kinda advice?

I had no real idea until it came, then I noticed a few pimples n full on PMS. But those were my normal indicators before DS.

No experience but I would think with jacked up post partum hormones, expect anything. Keep some pads/tampons handy.

I know I just ovulated by the obvious signs.

With DS, it just started one day. I BF him, but it came back when he was about 4 months old. This time with DD, I got the DEPO shot this week at my 6 week check. I didn't have periods when I was on it last time, so we'll see.
