  I'm 8 weeks PP after delivering vaginally and had 4 stitches after tearing
  We haven't attempted sex just yet, I'm still healing... But have done "other things" which honestly still are a bit uncomfortable. I think foreplay is super important, using lube and maybe just time... I've heard it gets better, hang in there and listen to your body!!

  9 Weeks PP....we still schedule our "play day"...haha sad, but I have to mentally prepare myself. I had a 3rd degree tear with stitches. Certain positions hurt less than others and anything where his parts curve towards the back where the stitches were hurt still. However missionary or girl on top works much better. Still not "enjoyable" for me, but it doesn't hurt!

  I posted something like this I had a vaginal delivery as well and tore and had some internal stiches. I tried at 6weeks pp and it was super painful had to stop. Tried again a couple days later with lots of lube went super slow and had a glass of wine and it was better. I plan to take it slow but it definitely did not feel like it used to. I was told it takes awhile and to just take it slow but if your in a lot of pain I would see the doctor just to be sure everything is okay (that's what the nurses line told me when I called). Hope it gets better for all of us!
