Husband's Birthday + Baby's Birth

Hi ladies,

I'm 41 weeks and booked in for an induction next Tuesday night. Hubby's Birthday is next Friday. Can anyone help me out with any ideas that I can get or do for him? I know he is not expecting anything and that giving him a child is all the gift he would want, but it would be nice to do a little something for him to acknowledge his birthday too. Is there anything I could bake beforehand that would still be good by Friday? Or some kind of gift? Suggestions and advice, please!!

    My finances birthday is Saturday, I got him something from the baby (a build a bear with a matching tiny one. One for daddy and one for baby!) and then I bought him a computer part he really wanted from me.

    Is there something he's really into or a hobby he has? If so try to learn about it and get him something related to that. My fiancé builds computers so I did a ton of research about a part he's been wanting and what he does with it in general and I know he'll appreciate all the effort and I know the gift from LO will make him smile!     You're good. My hubby's birthday is 2 days after my due date so either I will be in the hospital recovering or birthing the baby. I didn't plan on doing anything but now you made me feel bad so I'll probably order him some cupcakes that he can share with me in the hospital lol.

    You can bake or buy cake and freeze it. If you bake you may want to frost it after the cake itself is frozen and then refrigerate the whole thing.

    I had are daughter the day before his birthday so I are best friends bring his favorite cake up to the hospital we sing him happy birthday you never expected it

    My first daughter was born the day before my husband's birthday and little one 2 is due on our daughter's birthday- so my hubby may never get to enjoy his own birthday again. I called the hospital cafeteria and arranged to have a birthday cake delivered to us there. They were super sweet about it. I also got him a "daddy's girl" photo frame and then after the birth I used a phone app to send and print it at the local pharmacy. I had one of our friends pick it up on the way in to visit. He was really touched and it made a cute birthday present from our little one.
