Hi! I'm 4w3d with baby number 3(yay!) and having low back aches. Nothing too painful but it's constant and obnoxious. I'm on shift for 12.5 hours a day on my feet, bending, lifting, etc. I've used hot blankets on it with some success and ice packs with some success. Normally this would be a job for ibuprofen but we all know that's a no no. How do you mommas to be handle it? Resting much isn't really an option in my line of work. Sitting for 15 minutes is a real treat.

For low back, I like Gary Kraftsow's low back pain yoga DVD. You can find it on amazon (I'd post a link but I'm on my phone and it's a pain!)
