Finding my posts

ive been trying to figure out how to find my own posts. Usually forget what I title them (might be baby brain).. Is there any easier way than scrolling through the pages?

    If you go to your profile on the left hand side it has discussions and replies. Click on those and you can see what you have started and replied to.
