Doppler app- I can hear the beat but how do I estimate bpm?

I got an app for listening to my baby's heart beat, its called "my baby's beat". I heard the beat several times and recorded it to post on FB but how do I know what the bpm is?

is there a system for counting it?

Set a timer for 15 seconds, and count how many beats you hear in that time. Then multiply that number by 4. You can also count for 30 seconds and multiply by two, or if you're bored and want to be really accurate, count for a full 60 seconds.
