New frontrunner in the neverending quest to name little man. What are your thoughts? It sounds good when I yell it into the back of the car. . . . I think we'd call him Zach more often than not.
Last name sounds a bit like Banjo, polish in origin.

and what are the chances that a coworker would have a baby and name him Zachary today!!!
Go with it if you like it. I really like it (I have a few Zach friends and have positive associations with that name). Who knows if you will work together for long, he (assuming coworker is he) may move to another company or department or you might. Plus how much do you hang out with your co-worker's AND their kids anyway?

Exactly, i've spoken to him at a work event here or there, never even met his wife. . . . . they certainly aren't close friends or anything. . . . I just thought it was funny. DH and I were discussing how we knew nobody named Zachary and one day later we find one!
That's my husbands name, so I obviously like it. Lol. That being said I think it is a timeless name, not trendy, not overly popular. An overall good choice.
