Britax Compatibility

Hi ladies,
DD2 is due next month.  DH and I both have the Britax B Safe car seat bases in our cars but used to share the car seat.  Big mistake when I would accidentally leave it in my car to go to work or something.  Anyway, I want to get another Britax B Safe car seat (just the seat as we have two bases) but it looks like there are only newer models available.  Does anyone know if the newer models are compatible with the bsafe base?

    I don't know the answer to this, but I'd probably just take one of my bases in to Buy Buy Baby or other baby store and test it out with the newer model. That way, you don't have to worry about getting wrong information.

    Or Check Amazon.com, sometimes you can find things there that are one or two years older.
