What are we doing today to stay active?

GTKY (Getting to Know You): Show us a picture of your water bottle! Supposedly if you have a pretty container to drink out of you're more likely to stay hydrated.

    Today I am raking leaves and planting grass. I also have some packing to do which requires a lot of lifting and bending, so I'm calling this my workout for today

  • Walking is probably all I can muster today. I keep track of my steps/distance with an activity tracker bracelet so it helps to see how much I do. Walk around the block tonight with DH and the dog.

    I don't have a picture I took of my water bottle but here is one I found online...

  • I ended up running 3.5 and walking another 2 miles. My heart rate got up there in the last half a mile, but I have my first doctor's appointment this afternoon. I'm going to ask about heart rate.

    In other news, it feels like someone has a death pinch on my nipples when I run. So painful!
  • I walked for 20 minutes and have Zumba class tonight.
