Hello all! Being pregnant, we have lots to complain about, but what's something good or sweet that has happened in your life recently?

Maybe your kids said something that melted your heart or a random stranger made your day. Let's share those warm fuzzies for everyone having a rough day!

A lady on Facebook was selling her Willow Tree collection (figurines that run $30+ a piece for the most part). I was SO EXCITED because she was selling a mom and dad holding a baby for $10. Anyway, I said I'd like to buy it and we messaged back and forth for a while arranging pick up.

At some point she asked if I was pregnant and I said yes and it's our first baby. She got so excited and said she has 4 kids so she would just give me the figurine! Not only that but she also gave me a pregnant woman as well. It's about $75 worth of stuff that she just gave us from one mom to another.

I feel like I've been so down with my husband being gone so much and me being so sick with this baby that I just sat in my car and cried that a stranger was so happy for me. She now periodically checks in to see how im doing (:

Yesterday my daughter randomly came up to me and said "Mama, you're the best mama in the whole world. You're so lovable." Melted my heart

and then she also told me later "I love you 20 PERCENT!" like I should be amazed at how much that is. We need to work on percentages lol.

I am not a huge fan of sweets by any stretch of the imagination, but for whatever reason, I wanted a homemade cake so badly! I kept complaining to DH about it for a few days straight, and one day came home to a homemade fun-fetti cake (it was all caved in and sad looking!) but I devoured it nonetheless. Good job hubby!

i feel like i have had several warm fuzzies over the past week but i am blanking. but right at this moment my two littlest are riding a sit-n-spin together giving kisses to each other. seeing them play sweetly is giving me warm fuzzies.

I was holding my newborn niece in the hospital yesterday and she was hungry and fussing a bit, but I got her to stop crying every time she tried to start up and I'm like I can do this we are going to be okay.

Side note, I couldn't contain it forever because I'm not mommy she was hangry by the time we got mommy and baby back to mommy's room so she could eat.

We took DS to the fair yesterday and they have this huge petting zoo with all kinds of animals and for a few bucks you can buy feed to give them. DS loved the whole thing because he adores animals but he seemed extra attentive to the ones that no one else was paying attention too, especially a little miniature Herford named Shorty. He would've sat and brushed him all day if we would let him. It gives me warm fuzzies to see how loving he is to animals. I'm pretty sure we are going to be getting a couple goats for him in the next few weeks.

Edited because its early and my keyboard sucks..

Already posted on the random thread but my 3-year old gave me about a million hugs and my 1-year old kept waving and saying "bye-eeeeeeeeeee" about 6000 times this morning. They're just so stinkin' cute and I love them with my whole being.

My 2 year old is going through this super sweet thing where he walks up to any of his siblings or my husband and I, throws his arm around your shoulder and says "you're my beeeessst friend". Makes me smile every single time! :x

Yesterday was a rough mommy day for me. My ds was naughty as could be. To make it worse hubby had meetings after work and didn't make it home til 8. By the time my dh got home from work I was a mess. So my dh called his dad and asked him to babysit today and told me to spend the day napping, and relaxing. I've only gotten out of bed to eat and pee. Feeling loved ❤

Sometimes DH and I go to bed at different times as I have to be up much earlier than him but two nights ago we went together and I told him to say goodnight to baby and he went down to my belly and said the sweetest things like I love you baby and I can't wait to meet you. It was so freakin cute, it melts my heart. :x

My oldest kissed my belly this morning before school then said goodbye to his sister and told her to have a good day in my belly. My youngest cupped my face in his hands and said feel better mommy I love you. :x

I love this thread!!

This morning I opened the front door to find 2 huge spiders on the door jam. 1 on the inside at eye level, the other right by the outside of the screen door handle. My reaction was to scream and slam the door. (I hate spiders and these were the big kind.) My DH told me to get the broom and knock them down, but I was way to scared (what if one fell in the house and I never found it?!? And when I opened the door again the one at eye level reached out two legs toward me! Not exaggerating.) so my DD begged her daddy to help, and then thanked him profusely and told him how brave he was and how kind he was for not killing them (he's Buddhist). Then out of earshot she told me "mama if it got in the house I'd squish it for you. Squish it dead." Haha The whole fiasco just really made me love my family.

My warm and fuzzy at the moment- is when my doxie rests his head on my tummy and my 11 y/o kisses my belly good bye every morning when I go to work. Soon we are going to begin letting her read books to my tummy because she wants Bean to have an early love for reading!

Hearing baby's heartbeat this morning. 160s. And I heard baby moving around on the doppler. Those sounds never get old.

@charley15 I have two dachshunds!!! One of them LOVES to snuggle my belly now. She is so sweet and just adores my little nephew. The other one is dumb as a pile of bricks...so he does well to remember to breathe.

Lol I love my boy to pieces! Sometimes he is a little bit of both- sweet and dumb

Sweet when he snuggles, dumb with he tries to climb my boobs like they were mountains or he buries his bones in my blanket lol! Its just as exciting coming home and getting kisses from him as it does getting hugs from DD!

This morning it was raining pretty hard and they've been doing roadwork on our street so we have to park the car about a block away. Being a smart one, I left my umbrella in the car (as I usually do) and wasn't too happy that I was going to have to walk a block in the rain with my work laptop so my DH walked up the block and brought it back to me before leaving for work without me asking. It's the little things that make me happy

Husband was with me looking at the ovia app and we looked at the size of babies hand. He said that's almost the size of a pinkie and then he took his pinkie and said high five little guy.

Mine is lame but a big deal to me. Me and DH constantly bicker about who gets control of the biggest tv and he mocks me when I watch "Doctor What" or "Doctor who the hell cares." Today is the season premiere of the new season and he didn't even say a word about wanting to watch his mma fights on the big tv. He just sighed, bent down to my bloat belly and had a one way conversation with it. "I guess your mom really wants you to be a Doctor What geek too. Sorry. Yeah, I know we love her enough to put up with her lame television shows." Kissed it and walked away to watch his fights on a smaller tv.

I'm... starting to feel real love for my baby. It's amazing.

I'm not a person who feels affectionate or close to people quickly. I tend to keep them at arm's length for a long time and even then it's hard for me to form deep connections with new people. I'm just a very loner kind of person. When I first got pregnant, I was excited, but thinking about what my baby would be like felt like thinking about... I don't know, someone else's baby--cute, but not really personal. Not really like someone I knew.

But now... I feel this deep love beginning in me for this tiny person I have never seen or even felt yet. I don't really know them yet. But I already love them. I've never felt that before.

These are all so sweet.

My new warm fuzzy is my 15 month old nephew said "Sarah" plain as day yesterday. He's been calling me Rah Rah for months so I was caught off guard, but then a little sad by how much he's growing.

I haven't been feeling well the last couple days, and DH has been sick too. Tonight while sitting on the couch together he looked at me and kissed me except it was like the warm-fuzzy-butterflies kind of kiss and I feel like I swallowed a kitten. Gotta love being in love (:

Last week I was getting myself worked up about a heartbeat check I had the next day. I hadn't felt any movement and I was just saying stuff like "What if they can't find a heartbeat..." and stuff. I had no reason to think that, but this is my first pregnancy and I was getting myself all worked up.

My husband looked at me making myself upset... then he suddenly plopped his head down on my belly, like he was listening to the baby. After a moment, he declared proudly "I heard the heartbeat loud and clear... beating like a champ in there."

I know he didn't hear anything, he knows I know, but that was seriously the best way possible to cheer me up and help me not worry so much. WhenI heard the baby's heartbeat the next day, it was just as strong as my husband said.

I have been telling more people at work and one young, new hire said "Wow, I would never have thought... you are so tiny!" Made my day!
