breastfed baby's poop..

My baby dosnt poop every day. Which is ok for a breastfed baby. And when she does it is yellow and very runny. But latley she has been not pooping for 2 3 days and I will finally get one and its still yellow but it's darker and it kinda looks like it has bits of tiny green spots in it. Maybe one or two. Not many. Is this normal because she is getting older? Her belly is very bloated it was the last time we saw the pediatrician. He wasn't concerned. She has been very fussy and I was told to get gripe water so far it has done the job I have given it to her twice and got 2 dirty diapers and her belly is going down. Is this normal for the poop or should I take her in. We see the pediatrician again on the 6th

    I feel like I know more about poop than I should. But poop varies. Breastfed babies usually have yellowy mustardy poop that has little curds/seeds in it. If it's green baby may have gotten exposed to a new food from your milk. If it's green and plantlike maybe a hindmilk/ fore milk imbalance. If it's a little green, you're ok. If it's consistently green, smells really awful, black, or bloody I'd be more concerned.

    Ok well atleast it is normal. She just seems so uncomfortable sometimes when she farts. She gets them out but she will cry sometimes. Everyone keeps saying you will miss these days. But I am ready for her to tell me what's wrong. I guess this is all good experience if I decide to ever have another

    My LO has that every once in a while, she also poops like 5 times a day though, which seems like a lot?!

    Now that he is 3.5 weeks old my baby poops almost every feeding also. It's the yellowish color with the little seed looking things in it. My babies pediatrician said some babies poop once a day or every few days or even only once a week while BFing and all of that could be what's normal for that baby. She said as long as the poops are soft and aren't coming out as little balls or one of the colors mentioned by a PP that baby is fine. She also said it's normal for babies to cry or seem to be working hard to push out a fart, they're still getting the hang of how to do things in that department.
