Low HCG in Beta Test

Hi everyone!
My DH and I have been TTC for over a year, this month we did our fourth injectable IUI cycle (we did two IUI's with Clomid before that). Today was my beta and it came back with an HCG level of 5. I am 14 days post IUI. The nurse described it as a "weak positive" and that I will need to retest again next week. I feel like this is almost worse than just knowing that it was a negative, now I am just so worried because I am hopeful it will lead to a pregnancy but so scared it will not be viable. Has this happened to anyone else? Can anyone offer some insight? Thanks!

9/15/2015: BFP HCG - 400, 9/17/2015: HCG - 827, 9/21/2015 - HCG 3,327!Jaqcap17 I feel your pain!! Good luck!! I hope the number increases over the next week. I had my test today and had an HCG level of 15. I'm not sure what to think.... the nurse called it a "weak positive" as well and couldn't give me any information. I'm going back on Wednesday to test again and to have my estrogen and progesterone levels checked. I don't even know how to feel. Thrilled because I've never actually heard the word "positive" before or upset because it's going to go away? I can only hope.

@kristingolden11 you are higher than I was at that point ! And as long as you go up you are good !! I am still praying for you
@Jaqcap17 I know right ?! Next time I won't be able to relax at all until at least the second trimester . I hope that day comes soon for us both !!
