Is anyone else feeling a dull but constant pain on right lower side? I have had it for a couple of days. It seems to go away when I am sleeping but comes back around mid-morning.
Just a warning, I had this a few weeks ago and it turned out to be a bladder infection that I need antibiotics for. If it persists, always ask your doctor just to be sure. Infections there can get worse if they aren't treated.
This happened to me a month or so ago. It did eventually go away- I assumed it was some sort of ligament pain. I was worried originally about appendicitis - doctor ruled that out.
I always get bad pains in my stomach when I wake up now. You should just call your doctor. I never had appendicitis and do not have any medical experience but I thought in most (but not all cases) that would be getting worse over time and is worse with activity. Your doctor can probably tell over the phone whether or not you even need to come in.
I had this and it was so bad I would go pale and feel sick. I went to the doctor and they did an ultrasound and there was nothing wrong. Just bad round ligament pain. It comes and goes but has been better lately. I've found if it starts to walk around and stretch and it helps.
I just got home from the hospital after the pain became severe for me this morning. After urine tests, blood tests and an ultrasound, the Obstetrician told me she couldn't find anything and it was most likely my weak abdominal muscles being stretched. She advised warm compress and massage. I guess the positive is I got to see my baby an extra time and hear her heartbeat.
I'm experiencing the same - as I understand it it's the round ligament pain which can be felt from pelvis to just under ribs. Fun, right? Mostly dull for me right now but can be really sharp and painful - especially if I sneeze. /:)
