Post baby girdles

I am scheduled to have a C Section and was wondering if anyone has used the belly girdles? Do they help with recovery and make it easier?

    They are awesome! When I had my daughter 3 years ago the doctor put one on me and my stomach was flat within 24 hours. I had hardly any pain from the surgery and was able to just take ibuprofen...not sure if that was the girdle or just healed well but i will be using it again after my planned c section in 3 weeks. It also helped remind me to be careful moving around because it was a little restrictive but it totally boosted my confidence and made me feel like I looked great :) I highly recommend using one.

    I loved mine. The hospital put one on right after my csection for both my boys and I was sent home with them.
