Bananas are actually typically recommended for diarrhea, not constipation.
Have you tried some Milk of Magnesia? It tastes gross, but it works!
Maybe try a different prenatal? Something gentler on the stomach? I had to change mine to Rainbow Lite Embrace 35+ (even though I am not 35). It has a digestive complex in it that helps.
Second decaf coffee suggestion. Coffee and poop are friends.
Given that you are also having gas, I would not recommend loading up on fibrous foods - I'd jump to the Milk of Magnesia
I really hate the taste but I have a half cup of prune juice every morning to help things along. I noticed a difference the first day I tried it. I also have a tbsp of apple cider vinegar before every meal to stop gas before it starts.

Actually unrip bananas cause constipation but ripened ones can help because of the increased fiber.
