  You should call. They may bring you in for bloodwork or an ultrasound.
  Speaking from experience, I would pass on reading through other posts about this... You'll make yourself crazy.

  Definitely call!! It could be nothing but it could also be an issue your doc can help with. My first pregnancy, I spotted and we discovered I was A- blood type which can fight against my husband's positive blood type, had the embryo ended up with positive. A simple Rhogam shot prevents that complication. Good luck!

  I am the same here.. been 2 days and it happens after peeing.  I really hope this is nothing serious! I spoke to my doctor and she advised me if I don't feel any pain - then I should stop worrying and try to relax.   I will be seeing her tomorrow for an Ultrasound .. praying that all is OK.
  I am in my 7th week by the way.....

  Yes. There is absolutely no need to worry until and unless if you experience bleeding along with cramps.
