Ftm, 36 weeks & 2 days low amniotic fluid and baby weighing 5 lbs

Doc has me on bedrest till due date oct. 11th & will now be seeing me twice a week due to decrease of fluids & decreasing of baby's weight. Im scared & wonder if any other mothers has experience the same? Thanks.

    A friend of mine did and gave birth at 36 weeks. Perfectly healthy 6lb baby, didn't even have to go to the nicu

    I'm at 34 weeks + 2 days with low fluid and high bp but not on bed rest just meds for the bp. I work from home so bed rest wouldn't change much for me. My doctor is confident I'll make it to 37 weeks still. I get 2 ultrasounds a week to keep a check on it and told me to keep drinking a lot of water. Good luck!

    Thank you im just drinking plenty of fluids and relaxing until doc tells me otherwise.

    I've been on bed rest a little over a month with low amniotic fluid. I have to go to dr. Twice a week as well....once for an ultrasound and then once for a NST. At my last appointment my fluid dropped again. If it drops any more I'll be induced. I'm 35 and a half weeks.
