Hip pain

Anyone else having terrible hip pain? I've tried everything to ease it but it's getting worse and is getting hard to walk

  • Exercise ball. Sit on it, bounce around, roll your hips in circular motions. If that doesn't help, try to get a referral for physical therapy. I'm so glad I did!

  • Have you tried any yoga/stretching? I'm the worst at yoga but it seriously helps to just stretch my hips out before bed and in the morning. Also sleeping with a pillow between my knees has helped relieve some hip/back pain.

  • Yup. Pigeon and many other yoga poses are good for helping with hip pain. I would also suggest sleeping with something between your legs at night.

  • I'd recommend a physical therapist. If you start at the first sign of the pain, it could be an easy fix. If you try some random suggestion, it could make it worse.
