Exercise ball. Sit on it, bounce around, roll your hips in circular motions. If that doesn't help, try to get a referral for physical therapy. I'm so glad I did!
Have you tried any yoga/stretching? I'm the worst at yoga but it seriously helps to just stretch my hips out before bed and in the morning. Also sleeping with a pillow between my knees has helped relieve some hip/back pain.
I'd recommend a physical therapist. If you start at the first sign of the pain, it could be an easy fix. If you try some random suggestion, it could make it worse.
