My son is 2 months old & I've been giving him gass drops because he was really gassy. & they have seem to help him a lot, but we still have the colic problem:/ is there any good suggestions for colic babies
It depends on the baby and even your best efforts might not help. My first dd cried all day and nothing really helped. My second dd is 2 months old and gripe water and swaddling helps. The four "S" or something like that seem to be good advice. Swing, shushing, swaddling, singing... Good luck momma, hang in there. It does get better
As PP said, happiest baby on the block is great and we are also using Colic Calm. It's a homeopathic version of gripe water that you can get at walgreens and cvs. We use it before his night one feedings and he doesn't cluster feed or fuss like he used to. Sleeps for about 3 hours at a time. Very nice change for us. Our LO is only 3 weeks old, by sure if that matters.
If your LO has true colic then there's nothing you can do about it. There isn't a product out there on the market for colic I second PP's suggestion above and check out Happiest Baby on the Block and the 5 S's. They work wonders.
Thank you all for your awesome answers. I'm a first time mom so all this is new, just wish my baby didn't have to go threw this. Hopefully this will go away soon.
