  • I'm not familiar with Turner 's Syndrome, but I had a trisomy 13 pregnancy and am sending you thoughts and prayers!

  • I had a son born with Williams syndrome, he's 4 months old now. I'm not familiar with that syndrome either but I do know that any syndrome diagnosis can feel heart wrenching and I will keep you in my prayers! Most of the time what we worry about is much worse than what actually happens <3
  • Hi!

I haven't introduced myself on this bored yet, but I'm currently 15 weeks with a baby girl diagnosed at 10 weeks with Turners Syndrome. She also has a cystic Hygroma which is common with turners.

Have you met with a specialist or a genetic counselor yet?
  • I follow a little girl on Facebook with hlhs and turners, so far shes done fabulous! I also went to nursing school with a girl who had turners. The little girl on Facebook is Team Teagan- HLHS if you want to look her up. Good luck with everything!
  • Hi!

I have not introduced myself to this board yet. I am 17 weeks, I am considered high risk due to I have tetralogy of fallot and mosaic turner syndrome. My husband and I were not going to have kids due to my condition. But God had other plans for us. Turner syndrome varies case by case as far as the severity. I was lucky enough to only have a very mild case. Such as, longer hair line, smaller breast, shorter etc. As a kid it was all self esteem. Now days technology has come such a long way since I was a kid. We are currently waiting back on genetic testing to see if our little will have TS or any heart issues. So far all the other test have come back negative.
  • I hope everything turns out okay with your little one. On the bright side he/she has the milder form of TS. Which he/she can still have a normal life. You would never even know I have TS. Good luck!!

My sister in law has Turners Syndrome and she is fabulous. She is a registered nurse and has wonderful life. While I know she struggles with the fact that she cant have kids naturally, but she is an amazing aunt and we all adore her!
