something's not agreeing

i think my supper is not agreeing with me, I have been on the toilet a lot and cramps. I know Imodium is safe but I'd rather not take it. any suggestions ?

Ehhh, sometimes you just have to tough it out. Your body may not be liking something you ate. Be sure to wash your hands..?

Try lots of water and something mild to eat. The BRAT diet-bananas, rice, applesauce/juice, toast. Most importantly, stay hydrated and rest.

Stay hydrated. I like the flushable wipes when I have diarrhea. I usually don't flush them, just throw them away.
