Introduction and signature at the end of post

Hi Everyone, I would like to introduce myself and say hello. I'm 7 weeks after a number of failed pregnancies and my first apt is tomorrow. I'm looking forward to the many pregnancy discussions we will all share and how fun this road will be together! Btw how do I set up my signature at the end of every post? Can someone point me in the right direction please? Thanks.

    If you look to the top right hand side a little icon of a person that says account options, click on that. Then on the left hand side you will see the signature button to click on to personalize :)
