  A friend gifted me these at our baby shower and swears by them. I have no complaints so far with them.

  Have you tried switching diaper brands? I know some babies are so sensitive they can only wear one brand or even have to be CD.

  Water wipes are the favorite in our house because they don't have fragrance or unnecessary ingredients. DD doesn't have rash issues & I will continue to use these wipes. GL

  DD always had that problem too. We went to wash clothes with water (even while out- I would be sure to have a few zip lock bags for the dirty ones, and carried bottled water in case we weren't near water). We also used coconut oil instead of any kind of cream. It cleared up quickly and stayed gone! I don't know about the water wipes, but the coconut oil was great!

  I second the diaper question! We are using Huggies "99% water" wipes and LO does fine, but we tried one of the hypoallergenic "clear and free" wipes and he had the WORST rash everywhere the wipe had touched (including his arm from wiping milk off of him).
  
  I had never heard of it before someone gave me some, but CJ's Butter Quick stick is the most convenient, soothing, and fast-working rash "cream" I have ever used. (Pic attached)

  We have tried a few different diapers but the rash remains. I have also tried penaten, sudocrem, butt paste, coconut oil and nystatin (thinking it looks like it might be yeast). It looks like it's getting better and then gets bad again. I'm going to bring it up with the Dr next week when we see her but all I can think of at this point is that even if the wipes aren't causing it they probably aren't helping either. It doesn't seem to bother him except when I wipe during a diaper change but it breaks my heart to see his bum all angry. Diaper free time helps but he can't be diaper free all the time.

  Love the water wipes. Someone gave us the seventh generation brand that are supposed to be great and LO got a rash. Water wipes are the only ones I found that really truly only have water and .01% grape seed extract or something.
