Don't know when I ovulate?

am I the only one who doesn't know when they ovulate?
Also, I've been trying fur 5 years!!! Got pregnant I. March using Clomid for the first time. However baby ended up having trisonomy 21 and we terminated. Doctor tells me all levels are fine but I truly believe there's something off. It should take 5 years!!! Anyone with similar stories?

    I don't have a similar story but are you temping? This is the best way to confirm ovulation. If you aren't, I can point you in the direction to learn about it. It's actually pretty fascinating!

    I agree with temping to confirm ovulation.  Do you currently check your cervical fluid or use ovulation tests?  All of those things make it much easier to pinpoint ovulation.

    I think I may start the temping soon, I'm sure I should be ovulating this week if the dates / cycle length are same as used to be.. but the symptoms I used to have before the miscarriage just aren't there, I would always know when ovulating as I'd get pain in the side, hot flushes, extra fluid etc but there's nothing now! I guess my cycle has just totally changed and it's learning to get to know your body again x

    Me too. Nothing since I lost the baby! I have a thermometer n my alarm next to my bed but I still forget to put int in my mouth. Period due tomorrow and I have no cramps!!! Fingers crossed!

    I don't temp but I use the opk test strips. They are pretty accurate and easy to use. Both OB's I've seen have also said that temping can be inaccurate and very stressful and that the opk is very useful. Also I even tested when I had my IUI's ( i know it was a waste but I had to know) and they matched up with what my RE said. 

    That may be an easy way to find out.
