Headache tonight

Around 8pm, I noticed a pretty bad headache. I have no other symptoms--no swelling or vision changes. I spent a decent amount of time outside this weekend & Ragweed is really amping up in the Midwest. Could it be allergies or should I be more concerned? My BP has been perfect all pregnancy & I see my OB tomorrow.

I know Pre-E can happen suddenly but would I have more symptoms? I'm trying to drink water & I took a relaxing bath but it's still there

Take some Tylenol, I'm on the watch for pre-e symptoms myself bc of a couple elevated blood pressures last week. My dr said to watch for high BP, swelling in face and hands, visual changes and headaches that can't be resolved by Tylenol. She described pre-e headaches as severe pain if that helps. If it's a little pain and Tylenol helps your probably good. If it's intense and won't go away with Tylenol I would probably go to L&D to get my BP checked. Good luck!

I've been dealing with sinus/allergy headaches and congestion lately so maybe it's just that. Since you go to the dr tomorrow and have no other symptoms I would say it's safe to just wait till tomorrow when you see the dr and bring it up then. I'm not a dr but just what I would do. If you are Extremely worried about it go ahead and call. Better safe than sorry

Thanks so much, ladies! I'm leaning toward just hitting the sack & watching how it goes. I took some Tylenol so I'll see if that helps. I feel reassured that nothing else is going on but will definitely mention it to my OB tomorrow.
