Anyone else have discomfort BDing after IUI??

I had my first IUI on August 31. I didn't feel a thing when I had it, she was literally in and out in less than a minute, no discomfort or anything. We BDd the night after and it was a little uncomfortable but bearable. Then we BDd that Friday, it was still a little uncomfortable which I thought was weird but didn't think much else about it. Then tonight we BDd for the first time in a week (because I've been away for work) and it was so uncomfortable, more so than it was right after IUI. Has anyone else had that happen? I am thinking it might be because I am bloated from the progesterone, maybe?

Me: 31

DH: 29, SA - Great

Married: June 12,2011

TTC #1: 1/2014

Diagnosis: Hypothalamic Amenorrhea

Treatment: Clomid:  50mg, 100mg, 150mg - not successful and not monitored

                  Menopur 75ml (upped to 112.5ml), Ovidrel, & IUI  IUI #1 8/31/2015

9/15/2015: BFP HCG - 400, 9/17/2015: HCG - 827, 9/21/2015 - HCG 3,327!
Heartbeat 10/2/2015: 118bpm
DS: 5/27/2016

TTC# 2: 12/2017
BFP: 4/20/2018
EDD: 12/29/2018

    I'm definitely irritated from the progesterone, making BD not quite as fun. DH was away for a little while after IUI, so I can't compare to then though.

    That's probably what it is then, I don't know what else it could be especially since he IUI went off without a hitch.

    Yah I would guess the progesterone too ! I was uncomfortable BDing when I was ovulating because I felt like my ovary was going to burst . But sounds like it wasn't ovulation related . Progesterone is just not sexy .... :(

    January 2016: Egg retrieval: 10 frozen embryos!
    March 2016: FET Cycle- 2 embryos transferred!: BFP !

    I agree, it's the progesterone.  Whenever we BD after ovulation, it just feels off.  Agree with @mskeenan, BD before ovulation feels like your ovaries are going to explode and then after, it's just uncomfortable.  This process takes the fun away.  :(  I hope you get your BFP, even if it means continuing the progesterone...
