Late start, but we can chat. Right?

What is your choice of alcoholic drink? Have a couple of favorites?

I love a good Shiner Bock - Cannot go wrong with a good Texas beer. Also, a nice full glass of Cabernet can hit the spot.

    I always love Merlot, Cabernet Savignon, Chianti ... Anything red. image

    I don't drink liquor often, but if I'm out and having a cocktail, I am all about cocktails with the word "sunrise" in them because they usually include champagne and fruit juice. Champagne is a deep love of mine<3 .

    I've basically given up alcohol in my quest for physical fitness, but I still crave wine more than I'd like to admit!

    My nightly craving is Cabernet. I love looking back and seeing how my taste in alcohol has thankfully changed. Moved on up from those Boones Farm days.

    Definitely wine! Usually more of a fan of white wines, but have started growing up and trying some reds. ;) Speaking of wine, we went to DH's cousin's engagement party last night and I had three too many glasses of Pinot. Definitely paying for it today.

    I just keep telling myself that I won't be able to enjoy my wine once I'm pregnant, so I have to take advantage of those types of nights. :)

    Everyone is allowed those nights. Thankfully there aren't as many the older you get. I cringed thinking about the 19 year old me. Rest up and drink that h2o, friend.

    I was on a Hendricks and tonic kick all summer, but now that it feels like fall is here I have switched to beer! My favorite season is here, full of Oktoberfest and pumpkin beers.

    I personally love the sweet drinks. So I enjoy ciders (Ace, Woodchucks and Reds) and moscatos (Cupcake brand is my favorite).

    Still lurking, but trying to chime in more on the GTKY posts!

    Love me some red wine- MIL owns a winery, so thats helpful! Bring it on :)

    Not a liquor drinker but me and my fiance are beer lovers. My favorite (right now) is Fremont IPA, but i also tried a Grapefruit IPA from ballast point. I'm not a big fruit/beer person but its amazing! Especially on a hot day. We actually preferred it in the can rather than a bottle, which is weird!

    I was having some kind of allergy issue and for a while we thought it may be Celiac's disease so I switched to cider so that got me into Red's, but now that we've ruled that out, I'm back to ales when I find a good one. Now we'll all have some investigating to do!

    I'm a sucker for sparkling drinks. Champagne, Moscato, Prosecco, Brut... I also like hard cider. My favorite beer is Hop Valley V.I.P. And my favorite mixed drink... I can't decide. I like to mix my own crazy ones with homemade flavored syrups. I'm really trying to think of a way to make something that I could garnish with home fermented pickled ginger... but it's a toughy.

    @HookEmNelson I just changed my name on here, so maybe thats why? I'm not even sure if I am tagging right! Newbie probs..

    We are from WA state. Right? When we met and said his step dad  and mom owned a winery, I was on board. SOLD! hahah just kidding, but hey, it helped! What is your beer of choice? Like I said, I tend to lean toward the IPAs, Also love Cascading Dark Ales (black IPAs). Fiance is more of a porter/stout lover.

    As far as my favorite beers, I love malty bocks and from time to time I love a solid stout.

    H and I both love craft beer, really all kinds. We love finding little breweries when we travel and trying new things. If I had to pick a favorite style, it's probably Belgian Dubbels and Trippels. Favorite nationalish breweries include Allagash, Ballast Point, Dogfish Head, Ommegang, Harpoon, and Jack's Abby.
