Re: I want some answers
It is not very common but it is definitely possible for someone as young and healthy as you to have two "fluke" losses. There is also a possibility that you have an underlying condition that is making you unable to sustain your pregnancies. The good news is that you know that you can get pregnant! That is a hurdle that you have sailed over that many women cannot get past. I hope you can find some comfort in that, at least.
You should talk to your doctor about types of tests you can do to look for underlying causes, but be aware that they may not recommend or even offer them before your third or even fourth loss. If this is the case, you may still be able to demand them but your insurance may not cover the costs (especially in the US).
If you are the information-seeking type, I highly recommend this book: https://www.amazon.com/Coming-Term-Uncovering-Truth-Miscarriage/dp/0813540534 It helped me gain a new perspective on the miracle that is conception and pregnancy, and, though it doesn't make the loss less painful, it helped me cope and have the strength to start to move on.
I hope that you and your partner can lean on each other through this hard time and come out stronger on the other side. You will have a healthy baby, you just have to wait a bit longer.
