Fenugreek question

I bought the natures way fenugreek seed capsules (610mg). I'm not great with swallowing pills and these things are huge. Does anyone now if you can break open the capsule? Any ideas what I should put it in so it doesn't taste awful?

I don't know about that but I learned a trick to swallow pills easier. Put them in your mouth with a drink and tilt your head down and swallow then

You could open them and put them with applesauce jello or even slightly melted ice cream
