I posted this last weekend and got some great stories from all of you ladies. Thought I would try it every week to celebrate the great support systems we all have from our husbands or significant others. Let's here what they have done for you this week!!

This morning I was woken up by a phone call from my husband. He said he had run into town to get gas for the lawn mower and thought I might want mcdonalds for breakfast. He brought it home to me and said, "I ordered extra food for you. Eat up girl your pregnant!" Then he told me that he was going to do a bunch of stuff around the house for me that I can't do anymore like mow the yard, weed eat, and muck out our horse stalls. Love this guy to bits!!! :x

Yesterday we had errands to run on opposite sides of the city. All told, we were probably in the car driving around for 2-3 hours just getting from one place to another. He hates driving, especially in traffic, so usually I suck it up and drive. I took the first 30-minute leg, and my wrist was hurting so bad from carpal tunnel that he offered to drive the rest of the day. It was a big sacrifice for him

DH was being so sweet when I had to go to the ER yesterday. With me being a nurse, I'm like, eh no big deal, I'm sure it's nothing. He was so worried and asking me if I was ok every 5 minutes and kept asking if he could do anything for me. I can't wait to see how he will be when we actually have the baby.

DH went to the grocery store last night (his least favorite chore) to pick up stuff for dinner and breakfast this morning. He grilled some steaks and zucchini, cleaned up all the dishes. Then he let me sleep in until 10:00 am this morning, took the dogs for a walk and cleaned up around the house. When I did stumble out of bed he made me eggs, turkey bacon and fruit salad. Love this man!!

Adding: right now he is cleaning the kitchen, planning our weekly meals, and making our grocery list so I have time to sit and do thank you notes for my shower.

My husband just drive half way across country. Got in at 2 am! Haven't seen him in a month. He is already setting up all the baby stuff while I watch football! So glad he's home!

DH was a wreck yesterday as we sat at the hospital trying to get my preterm labor under control, and he felt so helpless. When the nurse came in with my discharge paperwork at the end of the day, he asked a TON of questions. It was so sweet because I could tell how worried he was and how much he wanted to know what we can all do to help baby boy stay in and growing to term. I think that this being our second child has him feeling much more aware of how important pregnancy and this part of the process can be for a healthy baby in the end!

Second one:

When I came home on Friday evening after a long work week, I walked in to find pleasant music playing throughout the house, DD laying on the floor doing puzzles, and DH vacuuming the basement and doing laundry. I seriously felt like the luckiest woman alive. I was all, "Is this real life? Do I really have it this good?" I needed that!!

@LiveNLove44 Thanks, I'm fine but I was having heart palpitations and when they checked my BP it was a little high. Everything was fine so I got sent home. Checked my BP this morning and it was good and after a nap today the palpitations are finally gone.

DH shaved my legs for me yesterday. I can reach my ankles if I really try, but it's very uncomfortable. He wa also sweet and being extra careful. I hadn't shaved them in about a month, so it was long overdue!

What sweeties! ♡

DH accompanied me for a much needed pedicure (so funny) yesterday! He is always wanting me to relax as he waits on me hand and foot, especially now that getting around is so hard. Anyone else perfecting the rolling to gain momentum off the couch or out of bed action???

Now he has music on for me in the living room while I'm on the couch with my snoogle as he sweeps and mops around me. Love him!

DH painted my toenails for me before the baby shower because there was no way I could reach my feet. I love this man!!!

We were out of town the entire weekend for a wedding, my husband was part of the wedding party. I was invited to spend the weekend with the bridal party and was very warmly welcomed by everyone but I was having a really tough time and just didn't feel up for it. Husband spent the entire weekend with me instead of going to dinner with the groomsmen and doing all of the celebrating leading up to the wedding. Felt lucky that he did it without me even saying something since he knew I never would, and thankful for great friends who understand that I am now very pregnant and encourage my husband to be by my side instead, as well.
